If you need to return an item/s they should be in the original condition and we ask you inform us in advance with the reason for the return. In the case of returns incurring a postage cost we will directly refund half of that cost or will credit your account with the full cost to be used against a future order. Items may only be refunded / returned up to 21 days from receipt or before the stated sell by date.

We hope that you are happy with any purchases from our web site or shop so if you are not satisfied please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the problem quickly for you. Frozen & Chilled Products
We are currently unable to deliver these products due to the need for temperature control. We are happy for you to order them in advance for collection either by telephoning the shop on 0565 683859 or via specialitesdegrandebretagne@gmail.com. Chilled & frozen stock can sell out very quickly at certain times of the year but we are happy to reserve items for you if you contact us.

Delivery Systems
Delivery will normally be made via Colissimo post (with tracking system) according to the weight of the products ordered and will be liable to price increases in accordance with La Poste prices. Orders over €100 or 10kg maybe delivered in person or by our courier and we will contact you directly to arrange this. In this case delivery costs will be fixed at €15. Postage rates are found on the 'Delivery' page and these costs include preparing & packing the order as well as postage costs. If delivery cannot be made and an order is returned to us then an additional postage charge will be necessary for re- delivery.

Special Orders
If you would like an item/s we do not normally stock please email us at specialitesdegrandebretagne@gmail.com or telephone the shop 0565 683859. We can advise you how quickly we may be able to get the item & its likely cost. We reserve the right to add a small amount to the sale costs to cover our efforts to obtain the item/s for you (this may include postage costs, time spent searching or collecting the item/s). We will try to ensure you have information about pricing before the order is confirmed. In the case of a non stock item being obtained on your behalf we are unable to offer any refunds unless we think we may be able to resell the item/s.

Privacy & Data Collection
We will keep your email, address, name & contact details on file to send you details of special events or offers but you are welcome to opt out of this if you prefer. We will NEVER keep your payment details on record and payments by PayPal are not stored by us and its payment system is fully secure. We do not buy or sell customer information.
