These terms & conditions do not in any way, affect your statutory rights but are aimed to clarify our web based business.

We reserve the right to change details within this site without announcement including prices, products available, terms & conditions and delivery details. However, once you have placed your order we will not alter any prices unless a similar item is offered due to stock depletion and this has been agreed by you.

Product details & weights are general descriptions only & we do not accept liability of exact accuracy. Postage calculations of weights are calculated according to the actual weight of the product and may differ to the product contents weights. Photographs are for illustration purposes only and may slightly differ depending on current stock.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell items such as alcohol or certain DVD's if we think you may not be permitted to buy them under French law, or if we think you are buying them for another party who may not be permitted to buy them.

We do not have a minimum order at present but reserve the right to initiate this in the future. Obviously delivery costs are comparatively less with a larger order. We are happy to accept combined orders from friends, neighbours or families as long as payment is made by one person & that they accept the responsibility of splitting the order as appropriate on receipt.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible after confirmation of payment (but within no more than 2 working days) and we will tell you once your order has been dispatched. In case of payment by cheque we will not dispatch your order until funds have cleared. If you need a delivery urgently please contact us separately to your order via our email specialitesdegrandebretagne@gmail.com and we will advise you if we can accommodate your request.

Ordering a combination of books, food products, cards and / or gifts or multiple books
If you would like to order a combination of our products we will calculate the delivery costs according to the actual weight of the products & not as per book / card / gift item, which in most cases will reduce your postage costs.

Returns / replacements
In the case of an item or items being out of stock we will contact you & offer a solution which may include forwarding the item to you once available, offering an alternative or cancelling the item with a full refund, as you prefer. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours and your preferences are unknown we will send a substituted item if available.
